after breakfast went to take the
PURE cod liver oil recommended by mr lim.
man is it really
100% PURE. and of course it tasted
super weird. there's this
fishy fishy smell after the oil entered your mouth and the oil would even stick to the throat. plus! i'm like drinking
cooking oil.
but ever heard of the phrase
" liang yao ku kou?". cod liver oil is good for the
lungs and can
prevent knee and joints pain. it can also
prevent running nose, which is bad for trackers.

enough of advertising.
today's training with compassvale was as usual,
FUN again. and when they were doing the sprints, mr lim told me to check on their knee lifts and i realise that almost
all of them are really running in high knee lift now and their stamina have
improved.sense of achievement :))after their training i was going to sengkang so i took their bus back with them and the journey back was
so so so so so so so so so so much
fun man!
i mean it. they
joked with me, kept asking me if i have
BF, thought that i was talking to my bf when it was a call from my
mum, ask me for my
number and e mails, and i took photos of them!!
huiling and
mun ling x) the 2 really really potential runners. their knee lifts are
perfect,
u can say, and their arm swings are
really nice. plus! they're
really cute when they laugh..

super cute right! and the one on the right's
varick the rabbit, the boy that creates
LOTS of problems during every training but he's also the boy who
never fail to make me
laugh.. P.S.
u wanna be my bf huh. LOL!
OHOH! the studious boy and the small sized- cute
lionel!! look at that
sweet smile man :) and although he's small he can run
really fast.

cuties are my
favourites so i cant help but take
more pics of them.

these kids make me
high and
happy ;)) look at them so
camera un-shy!waking up earlier to go for training with them is really worth it cuz kids like them are really
innocent and

train hard under mr lim and be
top-notch nationals runners when they grow up.
