finally training back in ngee ann poly again. miss tt place sia.

me and ophilia are late today. the others started their training liaox. so we catch up with them. chang xi was there too. chiobu.good hurdler. wow.

today we training hurdles. tough for the first few. okay for the next few. haha. oph so ke lian. she keep knocking down the hurdles. in the end she tell me she got patches of blueblack. so sadd'. as for me, i scratched myself while going over the hurdles until i have bloodclots on my right tighs now. ouch.

caryn's so nice. she got me the finger pen for valentines' day.so sweet of her. and i owe her one now.haha.

then we took mr lim's car to clementi mrt station. he showed me a REAL light spikes shoe. wah seh. shall save for it. and he was telling me and oph not to go vjc. sigh. now's the tough part.which should i choose?

okay. got a shock out of my lifee.

jian feng got lots of presents todayy. so lucky. so i ask him when his birthday was. and guess what his reply was- tomorrow-25 feb.

25 feb.

amazing huh.

nvm. so i ask kuan liang when's his birthaday.7 may. must remember to buy him a present.then tt benjamin so extra. he was there reciting 20th march' 20th march' 20th march. haha. ignored.

so here's the exciting part. i ask jun kai when's his birthday and he said- july. i ask for the date and he said- 12th.

so training started. the bballer's not bad. lee shiying's not bad too. and i feel weirld calling my own name. poor gaillie got cramp after her 400m run. then mr lim was helping her. can feel that she's paisay. haha.

woke up early today. for cross country!!

firsttime run cross country. so super excited. 4.1km u noe.

mum told me to take 88 straight to toa payoh mrt station.what a great mistake.the bus ride was so shaky and warm inside. then was reading animal farm somemore. so in the end, the 1h45mins of bus ride made me dizzy and tired.. but at least i am much more early than the others who arrive later.

timothy and wx was there already. then follow by oph, cheryl, and kuan liang. as usual, i went to diaturd him agains. cuz i saw some neoprints inside his wallet. then he just dont want to show me what those neoprints were. so i tricked him into taking his wallet out and then..i snatched it away from him. and went to search for all the neos. HAHA. super duper funny sia. he was posing with his GIRLfriends... woo. and all the poses super cute. haha. then he was sitting on the floor. cuz he knew he totally diu lian liaox. hehe. <3 bullying him.

then we made our way to machritchie reservoir. and it was teeming with ppl liaox. then got my number tag-79. and went to warm up. then race start liaox 0_0!!!

everyone was squeezing at the front line. and i was behind wan ting, then ophilia was behind me. then the guy sooo naggy. talk and talk then finally the starter started the race and everyone was pushing each other. and some jurong girls are pushing me.wth. so let them run first lahh. so hao lian.

then ran through the forest. a very cool race indeed. it was very funn actually cuz there are monkeys there as well. so cute. make me think of kuan liang -_-" it was a tough route. it was rocky and there are so many up and down hills... then we reached a very steep slope and everyone was walking there. so we said excuse me and no one reacted. then ophilia wanted to bang them. scary sia. then it was the expresss way..and it was so long and hot there. then suddenly ophilia began sprinting. and in the end when the race haven finish yet, she said she wanted to vomit. so i slowed down for her and she began sprinting again.. and we finally cross the line and finished the race!!! but i was extremely tired and gg to collaspe soon.

then it began to rain. and the guys haven run yet. but in the end they still ran in the rain. and jian feng is fast sia. he came back with yuan wei, yuh ding and xingdong. anyway, all of them are fast lahh. and kuan liang super seh. he was sprinting and racing with another guy so much bigger in size than him.and he won!!

then we are waiting for yuan hong's race. and seeing that the coast was clear, benjamin and xingdong ran across the running course. iin the end, a retard and uncouth man went to scold them all kinds of vulgarity. wth. feel like kicking him. the there was this super cute angmoh guy who ask me if he's our coach. i said no and he said "okay, i think he's crazy." yup, no doubt.then see wei went to scold him. but maybe he din hear it.

then we went to eat at macs together.and took the mrt home. then this jian feng so funny can..went to disturb me. and it started with the SERVICE word. there's a joke bout it.


jian feng found a card that says "thank you for your great service" people with a crooked mind, get the joke? i mean what kind of service? haha

so we were joking about the service thing tt jian feng gave me. and in the end i really kept the card. then jian feng masged me and told me to enjoy my service even after i left. -_-" he's gonna die. bullying seniors like that.

anyway, had a good day. and cross country rock. except tt it caused my legs to go all numb.

wah. today's training's tiring.

before training, it was raining. so sad right. but we dont care. so in the end we were playing in the rain. and kuan liang got his shoes all wet. haha. i sabo him one. but in the end i got retribution. my shoes became wet too. so sad. i hate wet shoes.

didnt bring my towel today. so cant dry my messy wet hair. as for my socks, i went to dry it at the hair dryer in the toilet. keni got all freak out. she was '' eeyer- eeyer-eyer'' all the way. come on keni. its a nice pair of socks =)) haha. okay, i m getting myself freak out.

the others are still playing bball in the rain. so sad. then i broke their nice game. cuz its training time!!! although its kind of early. no choice. mr lim is asking us to start training early now. so sad.

then mr lim told us that he's selecting sec ones runner for march' SPH relay team. so far we are still short of one runner. i m thinking of aasking wen xin to join us. but oph says she's not fat enough. sigh. maybe su qin then? dunno lahh. mr lim will go n select this friday at bedok stadium. any c'division girls whose interested to come for a try come and tell me k =))

then we did 10 sets of circuits. tts not the point. we did 3 rounds of long run outside school. tts a lot. and the sec ones almost fainted. haha. no lahhs. they are good men! then it began to rain. and joanne's still behind. so i stayed behind to wait for her. and got really really drenched. but it was funn running in the rain =))





but i got quite sick.. -_-''

wow. i finally see a future in dunman high track team!!! =))

so touching.today mr lim had a team talk with us at the staircase. then mr siva exclaimed"this is the first time in so many years have i seen so many trackers gathered toggether" !!! omg. so touching. but i totally agree with him.

all the sec ones are sooo pro! many of them have been a tracker since primary school and jian feng is even a DSA pupil who uses track to get into dunman high.

oh yeah, and i got a cute brother from sec one too.haha. he's none other than the botak guy- tan kuan liang. oh men, he's just so funny. all the seniors like him. he's my best junior too, and we all like his sexy chest. WOAH~ yuh ding tries to rape him everytime.lol. and heard tt he got 4 packs. he look like those ah bengs.. but he's not. and i like bullying him during trainings. watch out.

as for the girls, su qin is a past tracker too. she can be in the 4x100m c'girls team with us too! so mr lim is asking her to train hard. she got the height too. sigh. ophilia cant be more zibei. haha.
