sorry for the lack of posts these few days, the internet connection at home broke down, so i'm here to blog at grandma hse. just came back from morning training and mom's bringing me to vivocity later!and sis finished her O-levels yesterday, which means i can go out shopping with her more often BUT it also means lesser time to blog and use my comp. bet she's gonna hog onto !josh for the whole day. man..anyway didn have breakfast today cuz was in a rush to go out for training. and training today was tough.mr lim started my hurdles workout today by teaching me the hind leg movement over the low hurdles. then we had to do kneelift skipping and stairs for 5 sets, and i got to skip faster due to mr lim, so i was real tired after that.then we are suppose to do 2 sets of the 4.8km run along the canal. non-stop. sadly halfway during the run my gastric pain was working up again so i walked a little bit.teeny weeny little bit only okay.then in the end we only ran the first set then mr lim asked us to run another type of long run- up the stairs then go a big round around the hall on the second level. 5 sets of t too.and training ended today. ;]]training for dunman's gonna change to monday wednesday and friday morning from next week onwards. so i'll have to do a little self train on tues and thurs. yay. trackworkouts- 10 sets 100m 10 sets 200m again x))"if u want to be a successful tracker, u have to be really determine and have a strong mindset where u're setting a goal for yrself..." -coach lim
