couldnt sleep at all yesterday night.

so began to think about the horrible 100m nationals race i screw up bad and my 200m race then i went to sleep.

then i had a dream. i dreamt of nationals juniors'07, and i was taking part in a 200m race, and i got third. nt veh good and mr lim didnt appear happy.

then i hear someone said," hey girl, why are u still sleeping. i thought u gt morning training today?"

it was dad.

the sun was shinning super brightly into my bedroom window and i looked at my clock tt says,

8.35am.

i got training at 8.30am.

at bishan stadium.



crap. i was late. super duper late. and i never see myself hurry like this before. cuz i was out of the house in 10 mins after i woke up.

and everything seems to be against u esp when u are late. the stupid lift actually stopped at every storeys for the first time. and i lived on the 10th storey.

and i missed one bus 53 so i got to wait for another 15mins before another 53 came.

reached bishan stadium at about 925am and the pl team had alr done many stuffs like stairs and skipping sets. then i saw mr lim and he was laughing at me cuz i had tt panicking look.

thank god he wasnt angry.

anyway i hurried my way through for warmups and stretches and skipped the 5 sets of stairs for warmup. then i went to do the knee lift skipping and stairs sets straightaway.

didnt rest at all after tt and went to join the pl guys in their knee lift skipping rope running.

did about 10 plus sets for tt and mr lim said it was time for long run cool down. mr lim asked me to run a little longer than the rest cuz i was late so i ran 3 plus km while the pl peeps ran 1plus km.

and i did nt want to be the extra person so i was running fast for the whole cooldown

and when i finished i did not have time to rest and went to do the running- 5-items cooldown.

gosh. i was totally knocked out after the whole training.

and i realised tt we shuld never ever be late for trainings. and i had to punish myself for being late by running faster for everything. so at the end of today's training i was super tired..

and i went to apologise to mr lim for being late and he said,

" nt to worry. what matters most is tt u are here to train today.."

couldnt be more grateful to him.


and to you guys: be unhappy with me if u want, i'm nt gonna care.
