crap. since last week, i've been training like
everyday.
EVERY SINGLE DAY. i think. and to think tt i actually manage to survive through it. no choice. competitions are round the corner.. 4 schools combine.. nationals juniors..
and guess what.
i injured my hip bone joint.

4 schools combine grand finals are coming and so are nationals juniors finals.

tell me. how to run? i have difficulty during walking, not to mention
sprinting.
