today had training again. weight training =))

before that in the morning went to pasir ris park with my father to plant his papaya tree. in the end got bitten by 13 mosquitos all over.

then rush home for training.need to go early for trackteam discussion-discussing about our outing lahhs. so me, wen xin and see wei came up with options-

1) zoo -wx
2) birdpark -wx
3) sb's house -sw
4) pasir ris park -sy
5) seoul garden -sy
6) snow city -sy
7) watch movies -sw

then we ask yuan hong and he was like- anything. then we ask timothy if he agree to go to " sb's house" then he was laughing so hysterically. and all of us stare at him, wondering if he's crazy. yuan wei was laughing also. dont understand wads so funny about it lehhs..

but in the end everyone agree on pasir ris park and seoul garden !!! both of the ideas are by me!! and pasir ris park so near my house. so very convinient for me.haha.then amelia they all are planning and planning...


then we had our weights. and after that, mr lim went to pinch my right arm. dots. he was like testing sth?? then we had our 3.2km run.. mr lim asks the guys to run behind us to push us. haha. and see wei was very tired on the way and yuh ding and me was like pressuring her to run.she was complaining and complaining and complaining. and yuh ding and timothy still make fun of her on the way..but she still make it back though. claps!!

then we went to warm down. and mr lim was asking my shoe size. and i had to take off both of my shoes to let him see. so paisay. i was barefooted in the middle of the track. it turns out that he wants to help me buy my spikes. oooo~

at the bus stop i was telling the whole story of shutter to qianjun. i had the cd.( anyone wants to borrow?) then in the end i was spooke out myself. haha. wen xin was so damm timid lahhs. she ran away when i haven even start telling the story.. then we decided to change the topic and told jokes instead. haha.
