so there's wala meeting at sports school today and i was lateee!
so kinda missed out on a lot of things >:(
so today's just the pre-departure meeting and attire distributions :)))))

so they gave us, woah, a lot of shirts;
2 tracksuits (1 for opening ceremony, 1 for closing ceremony) 2 dryfit tees( for warmups), 1 polo tee( for travelling), 2 competition vests, and a bag. and money for meals!
howcool.

and we're leaving for KL this thursday 28th june, and back only 2nd july.

100m today is badddddd.
i was so scared caz i woke up and realise that the swollen parts of my thighs were hurting a lot and i started to limp a bit.
i know today's race's gonna be bad caz my muscle ache from friday's weight training haven recover yet.
and then there's the weather problem. raining, cold, weather.

event delayed and i felt super restless caz i tried to stride but then my aching muscles just couldnt take it, anymore.
then coach remy came by and asked me to apply counterpain.
and haha, i apply tons of it and i felt as if i was on fire, really.

in the end i still screw up my whole race pretty much caz i'm not focused at all.
jerked up for starts.
struggled, again, for finishing.
bad timing.

there was only 8 of us so it was straight finals and i got a lousy 3rd.
but then congrats to meixian and amanderrrrrrrr who got 1st and 2nd :)

training was kinda fun, but then i just think tt i was kinda super disappointing to coach remy caz i cant frigging chase up with dennis caz he's just too fast.
