watched one litres of tears last night till 2am yesterday and surprisingly i woke up even before my alarm clock rang today.
reached bishan stadium pretty early today and was stoning at the carpark, thinking about how i'm gonna run 8 sets of 200m sprints with my serious shin injury.

then mr lim came, park his car and gave us a worried look.
i see.
compassvale primary's bus didnt appear to fetch them to bishan stadium for training and they requested mr lim to go over to their school instead; but mr lim have to train pl and katong girls over at bishan

so....

he sent me and caryn over there.
so cool man!
so we took a taxi down to compassvale primary and help mr lim coach the little kids again.

man. i did lots of shoutings and so my voive was kind of out by the end of their 2 hr training, but the kids are real cute and funny. the way they pass the batons angers me, but at the same time it was humorous because the look on their face is worth a good laugh at.
it was a fun day training ;)


went bugis and orchard to shop with seewei verawn qianhui in the afternoon
and i've got to say that veronica got a good figure.
hats off to her sexy x)

and i went NTUC with mom and dad to shop for new year goods!!! haha, i love to go grocery shopping cos i can buy whatever i like for new year :) and since they're footing the bill so bought lotsa chocolates for my track angel ; track mortal ; class mortal!! but NONE for my class angel!
and oh, valentine day is just around the corner!
