HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

oh btw, she's my lovely track angel who gives me typed out letters almost everyday.

valentine day's is just like any normal day which past quickly.

but at least i'm able to see my lovers today x)

ah, talking about training today, my shin injury has recovered(yay!), but now i injured my ankles.
and training today ( 6 sets of 200m palour) is kind of slack actually, but the pain in the ankle is so irritating! pray pray pray that it will recover soooon~~

and here's a real nice present i received today.


yuanwei is such an art genius. haha, i ask him to draw something nice for me and he gave me this. plus DARS white chocs.

oh and btw, samantha ong may yen gave me a real kiss on my cheeks yesterday during training.
she loves me.
