its
31st decemeber 2006, the last day of year 2006.
oh well, lets do some
reflections about my life in 2006.
people say that sec 2 life's the
best of all studies year,
true enough i guess.i've met
true friends, best teammates and all, and i've
laughed a lot more as compared to life during sec one.
most memorable events of 2006 would of course be my
tracklife.nationals juniors is the
first competiton that i took part in, and i just wanted to
gain experience and fun, but in the end i got into the
finals of both of my events, which i'm
surprised myself. then i got into
wala singapore, got to know my
siao lang friends from
sports school and had fun training with them as a
relay team. although wala only lasted for
2 days, the 2 whole days without school was
real fun.then it was
nationals. the competiton which everyone would be training
real hard for. guess i was a little
inexperienced cuz it was my
first year running, so all the
false starts made me
distracted and resulting in
real bad results. my
100m finals race says it all. from
2nd qualifier to the 7th qualifier. i've
disappointed everyone,
mr lim of course, and all my teammates who went to choa chu kang stadium to support me.
call it a blessing in disguise, i found
real friends and
real nice teachers,
namely caryn, wenxin, seewei, yuhding, sean, kuanliang and all my juniors and seniors, and mdm norizan who promised that she would be watching my
every competiton next year even when she's nt my teacher in charge anymore.
thanks all :) their power of support is the reason why i'm training
so hard now, because nationals juniors is coming soon in another
3 months or so,
and i dont want to make the same mistake again.nationals period is when i'm really happy, because there's ppl who encouraged me so much after how i've fallen so terribly, who gave out a helping hand and made promises, whose the bulb that shine my life so brightly suddenly. but its just such a pity .
call it jerk.its gonna be
2007 soon.
i'm gonna
run all out for my coach in this new year.
i'm gonna make an
impact on the track.
its gonna be a tough fight. but my tracklife isnt gonna end...
