OHMYGOD.mr lim changed today's training into a
new type of workout and i almost
died during training. i think i'm starting to
lose my form now cuz we are like sprinting
less than 200m at the concrete path beside the canal and it took me
(max) 44secs to do so.
someone tell me that the distance we ran is
more than 200m pleaseeeeeeee!i thought it would be a
easy workout again today, cuz the distance look
rather short and all we had to do was to
sprint to the end and come back, and do tt
5 times and tts it.
but
NOOO!! i
died during the first set.
! my
thigh muscles cramped up during the second set.
! i slacked and ran
slowww during the third set.
! i was
!struggling during the fourth set.
! i was
so giddy and felt so tired that
no proper sentence came out of my mouth and i cant even walk up
straight.
woah! look what 5 sets of sprintings can do to me now.
and check out my
slowww timing can.1st set - 37 s
2nd set- 41 s
3rd set- 44 s
4th set- 41 s
5th set- 39 s
OHMYGOD! i'm like getting
slower and
slower each set when its
less than 200m ??! so
disappointed with myself and plus my
shin tt time was hurting
a LOT so i'm nt really listening to whoever is talking at tt time.
so sorry mingquan if i've hurt u with what i said. then mr lim came over and asked me to maintain my timing and nt let myself go slower cuz i was doing 44 s at the 3rd set
wth, loser la.
so tt motivated me and i decided to sprint like mad at the last 2 sets, so managed to clock better timings. then tt joker kuan liang was like " okay i must do better than shiying." yay i motivated him ;))
after really running all out i began to feel real uncomfortable.
splitting headache.
giddy sight.
cant walk in a straight line.
lots of liquid rolling about in my stomach.
whatever u name it i've got it.
first time i felt so tired in so many trainings. after that i felt like puking. so i went to the toilet and nothing came out. so i went out and halfway lots of liquid just came out of my stomach and i dashed to a isolated corner of the carpark and puked a-hell-LOADS-of yellow liquid out.
and truly nothing can escape mr lim's eyes. he even knew i puked even i didnt tell him. and strangely enough he says tt vomitting out everything in the stomach is good.
guess a no breakfast before training + training under the hot sun is no GOOD.
