poof! was online since 2hrs ago but only have time to blog now cuz i was talking to 10 ppl online just now and so i had to appear offline now in order to blog :]]

and the second best track in singapore :D blue track in ngee ann poly. 's still nicer

anyway training today didnt go smoothly for me, it was drizzling a little today so we couldnt do long run along the canal and stuff.

we did the usual stuff, 5 sets stairs, kneelift skippings+stairs 5 sets, and we did long run up to the second level today, and it was kind of short and no fun at all.

and i got ~~scolded~~ by mr lim due to some stuff. man! sure he scare the hell out of me and i was super freaked out such tt i did not know what to reply. first time i've seen him so stern man!

and credits to melissa! cuz i can see that she tried her best to organise a track gathering x) and mr lim actually says he will be there so guess the gathering will be loads of fun! jeeze, wenxin's nt gonna be there sadly.

after training me and mel spent loads of time in the huge toilet upstairs like we own the whole place.

and there was no shower cubicle for us to wash our black legs but she founded this looong hose for washing.

so she started washing her nice legs..

and she sprayed some on me too..

so in the end i had to dry it at the ~~hair~~ leg dryer.

and mel's mom send me to kembangan mrt station so reached home real fast today :)

and there's no work again for me tml so i get to go serangoon stadium tml to help mr lim train his new batch of primary school kids.

he's gonna teach me training skills so tt i can be a coach when i finish my a-levels.

i'm gonna earn big bucks like him !!

oO! and i'm gonna hand in my appeal form to triple science tml with mommy.

so pray for me, ppl.
