just came back from training and man am i tired today.
just a quick update on what's up for training today ( oh yeah. mel's back finally!) :
after warmups when i was stretching mr lim came and asked me do a weird hurdle stretch thing.
which includes like rolling on the floor.
i mean the black carpark floor.
so in the end my whole leg and shoes were black in colour. but the thing's fun x))
and it was 5 sets of stairs and mr lim talked to us a little.
and he touched on the topic of youthlife.
he said us youngsters today had no youth life at all- after school it will be either tution or ballet classes or piano. no fun tt type.
then while he was talking i was there thinking, and i realise tt i have no life at all since the holidays started. its just tee-vees and tee-vees everyday.
so i decided! to spice up my life a little, i'm going training everyday from tml onwards. mon, wed, fri morning i will train with the pl team, and tues and thurs i will be training with my own team.
yeah! so the weekdays are packed! and the weekends will be for the trackers bowling marathon, gatherings or other extras stuffs.
for now, holidays rock :]]
after mr lim's talk we did 4 rounds of long run outside the stadium and then we did the skipping rope knee lifting thing. for the first time my legs got real wobbly on the stairs.
then it was cool down and we went home. and i cant even take my own sweet time in the toilet! yd were like shouting and shouting outside the toilet. so in the end i was being shoo-ed out of the toilet.
anyway the trip home was funny cuz yd n seewei were talking about their class and me n sean felt all weird so we stood aside listening to my beloved mp3 player songs.
i can tell u, Jay Chou's a genius. his songs make me real high.
and i think i'm joining seewei n gang, the zees, to watch deathnote tml, together with yd, after my morning training.
yeah there's morning training tml so i got to sleep real early today.
and i managed to skip dinner today whee!
