to my legs:hey legss. get a life man. heal faster and stop giving me troubles during trainings. i cant sprint well. i cant run fast. i cant do proper knee lift.help me. nationals' coming okay. TAKE CARE. heal heal HEAL!okay that was pretty lame. but yeahh. i'm like suffering from shins pain and i totally flunked all my trainings. cant run fast. cannot really sprint and do knee lift at each speed work. and after 10 sets of 100m and 10 sets of 200m it would be like hurting so much that at times its numb. that explains why i cant kick off fast from the starting blocks. there's really no strength in them at all.
argh. i cant stand it. up till now my startings still suck. serious help needed.
