holiday training 5training for today:- 7 rounds of warmup-10 sets of stairs- 10 sets of 100m-10 sets of 200m-baton passings with juniors-50m,80m,100m,110m sprintsyeahh. that's what i did today. and guess what. i completed them all =) my shins is really on the road to recovery now and so training today is no problem for me at all. whee.happy training days are finally back.did 10 sets of 100m and 200m with yd and kuan liang. lol. we finished 5 sets like in 15 minutes ..which is like. so fast. and its not tiring at all. sehh. then while i am doing my 8th set mr lim asked me to do baton passings with my juniors. it was 110m.. so i can understand why they were like so tired. yeah. training's sure tough for them. poor thing =(su qin's like so sad throughout the passing sessions.. and dont know why i felt sad too.i dont really want to push them too hard..they're only sec ones.. but i guess there's no choice for all of us now xcept to continue to train hard for our 4x100m i guess. and i hope all of them would cheer up at each training yeahh x))so they rested and i ran 110m with pl they all. wah seh. 110m sia.pl's passing is real good.do mr lim proud at nationals okayy!then we did 50m, 80m ,100m and 110m sprints. the guys stopped at 100m and mr lim told us to stopped too. then ming ying wanted to act guai so she told mr lim :" oh but we still have our last 110m we haven finish it yet lehh." so mr lim goes:" okay then. go complete the last set."and mingying went -_-"lol.she wanted to act guai but in the mr lim really asked us to finish it.haha. but that last set was cool. it wasnt tiring at all. x)))and caryn sweetheart bought me a rasberry drink from malaysia. shall chill it and share with her. so nice.
