okay. another sian day.

on my way to gombak stadium again. its more sian then yesterday. i'm alone today. no supporters.no one else from pl is taking part in any event today. but i still have my 200m finals. argh!

my events's the first one today. and i'm in the outer lane again. no choice i'm the last qualifier with a timing of 28.52secs. slow. mr lim wants me to cut down my timing by 5 secs. which is 28.0 secs. okay. i dont think its possible but he says it is.then i did my strides with mr lim beside me- 50m sprint and 50 m open up stride on lane 8.. then my hip starts to hurts again. bad omen for the race later i guess..

then its reporting time and mei xian was there crapping again. and amanda said that liang wei nt running today. chang ping was like " okay. tts good. we have one more chance to win now." lol. she's very straight forward indeed.

and we walk to the starting line and its lucky tt there's no amplifiers today.haha.

then the gun went off.

and i sprinted for like 100m before striding. then after striding for 20m mr lim shouted " go now" and i sprinted again. i could feel the tension in him. so i just told myself tt i want to win something for him.. but in the end, i am just 0.04 secs away from the bronze medal. but its okay. i'm contented enough. my timing improved =)) 27.78secs. tts faster thanhe expected. but he said tts its very wasted cuz my legs didnt move fast enough at the end again.

i'm in fact happy with the results already.. cuz its from position 8 to position 4. mum came to fetch me and had a talk with mr lim.

so now, i'm just going to train hard for nationals in july. no more mistakes in the race but more glory for mr lim...
