finally training back in ngee ann poly again. miss tt place sia.

me and ophilia are late today. the others started their training liaox. so we catch up with them. chang xi was there too. chiobu.good hurdler. wow.

today we training hurdles. tough for the first few. okay for the next few. haha. oph so ke lian. she keep knocking down the hurdles. in the end she tell me she got patches of blueblack. so sadd'. as for me, i scratched myself while going over the hurdles until i have bloodclots on my right tighs now. ouch.

caryn's so nice. she got me the finger pen for valentines' day.so sweet of her. and i owe her one now.haha.

then we took mr lim's car to clementi mrt station. he showed me a REAL light spikes shoe. wah seh. shall save for it. and he was telling me and oph not to go vjc. sigh. now's the tough part.which should i choose?

change tt attitude of yours. stop being so selfish. pls.
