today was late. sb meeting me at the mrt. my watch's having some problems. then called caryn asking her wheater she's coming 4 training and she said NO. she big liar!!! she promised me she would come today onee. then called her and linus was screaming at me and my phone. relax. then she ask me to pass my notes to him, cuz linus meeting her tml.

then had weights training. bad. very very tired. 3 stes lehhs. and each time must increase the weights. tt yuh ding was niaoing me all the way. so pissed. and i went to increase the weights till 13 bars. timothy was laughing. surely its heavy...

then yuan wei told me he know how to make sound with the gum liaox. but very soft. haha.gt gum. let him try again.then the long run was so fast. every one rushing like siao. then in the end finish it in 18 mins..

then today i was the only girl tt went to train from dunman. so go home alonee. outnumbered by the 6 guys. met yuh ding at then bus stop. hope he dont go around spreading stupid stuff.
