Merry christmas people =))

Today was a public holiday. But still went for training. Not compulsory though. Did weights training again. 3 sets.and long run.

So sad. Only me and wen jie went for training and the paya lebar Methodist(pl) girls.but so happy!! Caryn’s back finally. After 3 trainings. Miss her so muchhh..

Got a doggie bookmark from linus for Christmas present. Caryn got one too.

Before training was looking for a mailbox to mail my stuff. So went around the clementi centre in search of a mailbox. So pathetic. Thanks to linus lahh. Didn’t know that there’s a mailbox at the bus stop there.. he was screaming when he realize it too. Haha. When we reach the stadium no one was there. But song lim’s with a girl ALONE in the clubhouse. Huh huh. Wad they doing there? So went to niao him. But its expected for people like song lim lahh. Oops.

Then we did our cool down by the sit-up and pumping method.3 sets. 10 times each. So tiring. Mr lim held my legs for me. The track’s so sharp lahh. Got cut by it sia. Ouch..
