today we had training =))
Went ngee Ann poly agains.very very far. I counted. Its 23 stops from pasir ris to clementi. But lucky I always get a seat on my way there... so left the house about 1 and a half hour earlier…
I have skipped training for about 2 times liaox... cuz of the camp. So sianx.scared later will run and run and run like hell... lucky its not really tat bad lahhs.
For our warm ups, we went for the 3.2km run around ngee ann poly campus. When I first ran, I hated the school for being so huge and long.. but now its not that tough liaox lahhs.. ophilia and Melissa they all wanted to slack.hmm. lazy bums. Then ophilia kept asking me to stop running, but I hack her and continue. Then she pull me aside and make me walk with her.. slack huh. But finally finish the run..and ophilia came back with yuh ding didi.
Then we did 50m pillage for 3 rounds around the track. And yuh ding purposely kept stopping suddenly in front of me. And I was so pissed with him until I raised my left foot and wanted to kick his butt. But I miss cuz he moved and i ended kicking his back knee with my spikes. OUCH. There were 2 holes there with 2 dots of blood. ((Like he's being bitten by a vampire? )) he screamed lahhs.. and said nvm. Sorry boy !!! nt on purpose one. X))
Then mr lim asks us to go do knee lift running—up the slope 10 times. very very tiring the last time we did it. But today’s still okay. Still can chat and talk after it. Hahas. Me, ophilia and yuh ding are in group one..so we started faster—and obv we will end faster also right. Then this catholic high guy don’t belief us that we ran 10 times liaox and reply us, “ up to your lahhs”. Wth. Me and ophilia are very very angry. He thinks that we cheated on the number of times that we did. Hack him. Then we chated about..stuff..and went to warm down..
While on our way back yuh ding went to call his baobaoxiaoniu ( I think) and kept on hiding around.. nt wanting us to disturb him. Then he went to complain to her that I kick him lahhs.. then he sa jiao.. dots.
then I forget to take elizabeth’s present from see wei again!! Lucky she forget also. So its nt totally my fault. Lucky sia. Hees.
